Legal Marine Advice is a company founded in 2020 by lawyers who are specialized in logistics and foreign trade, with a wide legal experience and more than 15 years within the maritime industry, we have worked with shipping lines, shipping agencies, exporters, and importers, throughout the years.
We work together with different specialists in the maritime, aircraft, insurance, and reassurance sector, among others, to provide an efficient service.
The purpose of Legal Marine Advice is to provide advisory services to importers and exporters for any claims regarding cargo loss, damage and other related issues generated by the carriers, freight forwarders or other logistic operators. Additionally, the company offers consultancy on which insurance policy to choose to best cover the risk to which the cargo is exposed to throughout foreign trade operations regarding cargo transport.
Even though most of our clients come from the agro-industry, buying and/or selling goods (both fresh and frozen), our services can include any type of good that needs to be transported.
